## 1. Services Provided
M. Edwards & Associates LLC provides licensed private investigative services, including but not limited to  background research, and case-related investigative support. All services are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

## 2. No Guarantee of Outcome
Due to the nature of investigative work, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients acknowledge that outcomes depend on factors beyond the control of the investigator, including subject behavior, environment, and timing.

## 3. Client Authorization
All services are initiated only after client approval. By engaging services, the client authorizes M. Edwards & Associates LLC to perform investigative activities as discussed.

## 4. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on scope, time, and operational requirements. Payment terms will be outlined prior to the start of services. Work may require advance payment or retainer.

## 5. No Refund Policy
All payments made for investigative services are non-refundable.

Investigative services involve time, labor, travel, and operational expenses that are incurred regardless of outcome. The absence of desired results (including but not limited to lack of video, photographic evidence, or findings) does not constitute grounds for a refund.

## 6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By engaging services, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:
- The client agrees to reimburse all fees, including administrative and legal costs incurred in resolving the dispute.
- Documentation of services performed will be used as evidence of fulfillment.

## 7. Reporting and Deliverables
Clients will receive reporting and documentation consistent with the agreed scope of work. The format and content of deliverables are determined by the nature of the investigation and professional standards.

## 8. Confidentiality
All client information and case details are handled with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed except as required by law.

## 9. Limitation of Liability
M. Edwards & Associates LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from investigative services.

## 10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging services, submitting payment, or initiating a case, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
